Update:
What i did to get my onboard sound to work:
In multibeast select:
1: Advance Options -> Kexts -> Audio -> LegacyHDA -> ALC889
2: Advance Options -> Kexts -> Audio -> HDAEnabler ->ALC889
And don't forget to select System Utilities (Rebuild Caches, Repair Permissions)
Now everything...

I'm new to the osx86 scene. Last weekend I installed my first hackintosh also with the GT240.
What I did:
with "Multibeast" I installed the "NVEnabler" to get my card working correctly.
Then I tried some Audio Drivers for my Gigabyte (still working on it) - one was the "VoodooHD 0.2.1"...
