i am using nvme sm951, you will not notice it's faster then normal ssd in most of usecase. for this little faster speed you should wait the hack version driver update, it not worth that time.

if you want to use nvme m2 ssd, you must use the patched nvme driver. If apple changed the nvme driver you should wait the new patch.

If you want to use rehabman's patched driver, you should delete the stock nvme dirver in S/L/E. Another way is you can use clover to patch stock nvme driver.

I have the same issue, I am using the 44 bios and 4k Dell P2715Q via DisplayPort. But I find a way to walk around. You can click the power button for 1-2 seconds to make the nuc to sleep and wake it, the display can be waked.

After I update the clover to latest 3543, clover will auto set the ig-platform-id to 0x1926000a and most important thing is the all scale mode comes back. You can scale to 2560x1440 in retian mode. See my screen capture.
