Hi Neil, I checked the kext partition on the SSD EFI and noticed that there where no kext files. I copied the kext files from the USB stick to that folder. I also noticed that the drivers64UEFI folder on my SSD EFI was empty so I also copied those files from the USB stick. Booting is fine now...
