Well, seems that if you need the Nvidia WebDrivers do not update yet. I did and the update broke the Webdriver (343.02.02f02), leaving me with a sluggish computer (I have a GTX960, which requires the WebDriver to work nicely). So better wait until Nvidia has another release available.
