There is a kext for ELAN touchpad (and other makers) by EMlyDinEsH. It's rather old and the developer didn't respond for a while, but still pretty usable and does its job. And for me keyboard also works (I have ASUS).

Thanks for clarifying about flags. I've been trying any method I could find. I am using USB2 stick (Transcend JetFlash 600 32Gb) and I have nothing else to use than those 2 USB2 ports.

I've done by now both. I use Transcend JetFlash 350 8Gb and I have 2 USB 2.0 ports in my laptop. There is also 1 USB 3.0 port, but it's by AsMedia and has troubles with getting it work.
