Gave up, two hacks with GTX 660 1G, downgraded one to GTX 650, another now have 1050 Ti, 10.13.2 - no problems on both.

Install FAKESMC* in MultiBeast, HWMonitor works fine, the only sensor that somehow broken in my case was motherboard temp, 1050 Ti doesn't spin fans also, but with my current load I couldn't get GPU temp higher than 40 degrees.

Seems like this glitch is related with issues on High Sierra install. Everything worked fine in Sierra, couldn't even run HS installer without removing GPU (660) from the system, but install with non-supported gtx 1050 went fine. As a temporary workaround changing Color Profile / resolution at...
