I changed back to MacPro 7,1 definition and I ordered a Display Port 2.1 cable, which will be here in two days. I hope that works.

The monitor settings are 165Hz refresh rate and Adaptive Sync On. It runs as expected in Windows, but in Mac I don't have the option to change the refresh rate past 60Hz.

I now have an iMac 20,2 system definition with the exact same refresh rate options :( :thumbdown. Fwiw, my wife's machine has a Radeon 6600 XT video card. Her monitor is 1440p though, maybe that's the issue.
