Hey guys check the wiring on the USB another user said there's were installed backwards and all problems were resolved when he switched them ( its in another thread I will try to find it.) I do know the black wire should be on the left of the red wire. Maybe this will help I hope:beachball:
@ Frankiep Could be wrong but did you say system profile is Mac Pro 2008? It needs to be newer. That is what everybody talking about whitelist is referring to. Try doing a Google search on continuity compatible macs it might help out. Sorry wrong poster
I have never played around with creating one never really needed it, I run a raid on my MBP so I dont even have recovery partition on it either. I wasn't sure if there may have been something different with Yosemite, Must be some sort of fluke? I don't know but either way thanks for your response.
Not sure if this is normal but I just installed Yosemite using unibeast/multibeast and it installed recovery partition. It showed up in terminal when I was checking on my EFI partition I also went and turned on back to my Mac and find my Mac. I know for sure I didn't have it when I installed...
