After update booted fine, installed web drivers via sys preferences and now cannot boot at all. Clover no longer sees my macos drive only wants to boot from revovery

I now have everything working when booted but however I am used to the system booting on its own. Now I have to select the El Capitan partition in the clover boot screen. As I am a total noob to clover can you tell me how to automate this.

Issue now resolved.
I ran a full multibeast with dsdt free options and it is all working now.

10.10 has not been fun so far.
A few nice things but some seriously annoying ones.
On My macbook air the wifi used to go out every 5 minutes.
Saw many others online with the issue, I did a full wipe and installed and so far so good as long as the Bluetooth is off.

Success, I figured out what I was doing wrong and it was totally noob of me.
I did not have the kext file on the desktop when running kextbeast.
I was coping the file to the system/library/extensions folder.
Ok well that work now it shows as Radeon 6xxx.
