Anyone know why I can screen share into the computer, so its working, but the card isn't seen in the system pref pane of Nvidia and isn't outputting anything?

Any idea why my MOBO(R4BE) only sees one drive in the BIOS, and even with all hot plugs disabled, El Capitan still sees the other drive as external. The boot drive is seen as internal, and is plugged into the Intel sata port.

Booted into the Yosemite drive with current BIOS settings. No crash yet. Might not mean anything since completely different installs. Prime95 has ran for hours and no issues. Should I try reinstalling the speed step kext from the post install folder? EDIT; tried this, no help.
