Individual cookies must exist somewhere if CCleaner for Mac can access them; does anyone know how to find them?

"Security" under "Preferences" used to have a "Show Cookies" button that showed individual cookies. I now have Safari 7.0.1 and OSX 10.9.1, and the closest I can find is "Cookies and other website data" which has a "Details" button that shows a list of site names for which each entry contains...
