Does it make any sense to load Realtek ALC AppleHDA with Clover via EFI part in the /kext folder, i.e. just to see if onboard + hdmi will both co-exist? Idea is not to install the kext, just run it in a "try out" mode, any sense to this or it`s rubbish?

Seems you do not have EFI partition, rather EFI folder on the main OS X drive. Can you attach your config.plist? What config do you have, how did you install OS, did you use unibeast USB + Multibeast setup or Clover post-install on top? More details would be appreciated in how you have setup...

Try to download Clover configurator -> open -> go to tools -> Mount EFI -> check partition -> mount EFI partition -> run script again.
