Dont expect the hackintosh's ssd to boot with macbook pro. This is not possible. How do you hook up the ssd to mbp? Via usb? If yes, the it should be recognized and mounted. If not, then try to force mount the ssd through terminal. After the disk is mounted it should be available to be read!

Have you tried repairing disk permissions with disk utility?

If you still have the usb you used to install it, just follow the same procedure and you are good to go. The formatting will take place when you open disk utility and set e.g. 1 partition scheme and click apply.

Do you have your own dsdt loaded? If not just have a look on the sites database , maybe someone with the same motherboard has uploaded it. A good dsdt usually solves such problems

Did you copy the EXACT same things that are present in the usb efi partition to the hdd efi partition? If you do so, then I dont find a reason not to boot correctly.

Please add " -v " in the boot arguements on the config plist in order to see where it crashes and report back. Also dont forget to check in bios that you have set this hdd to boot from and not the flash drive.
