forget to mention, when one of the drives ejected all other 3 drives connected to the sata card ejected too, other drives connected to the motherboard remain fine.

i am running a customac mini, with h67n-usb-b3. as a server
is there an pice splitter that can run two pice x1 card on the x16 slot.
i need to add the NIC and a sata card
after i change the frequence and voltage settings to numbers instead of auto. and update the fakesmc. the artifacts issue gone on my pc.
i am using h67n-usb3-bs F7, and i3-2105
every time i reboot my machine, i need to uncheck and check the file sharing option to make the file sharing function to work....

as eelhead say... you should test before soldering. basically, you can use screwdriver or wire to short the two pins you identified.
if you cannot find spare pushbutton, you can desolder the pushbutton. do not try to cut the pcb(to much cutting and may short the circuit.)

unscrew, and open the bottom cover, then locate the pinouts of the pushbutton. somehow look like this
usually. 4 pins. and mostly only 1 pin have individual track. and other 3 are shorted. (the blue pins i marked.) then solider one of the blue pin and the red pin. to a pushbutton...or switch.(...

i have time today... and made a capacitance touch sensor switch. made by a qtouch chip and it controls a relay, and use usb power. the touch panel is a quarter coin.
it can be used for power switch, dvd eject switch...etc...so for working very well..
