Well I got it working again by loading off my usb installation disk into osx with the original settings which some how activate the connection again. Then rebooted again with out the usb which got it working again! So on Elitebook 2570p don't go hitting the wifi button!

All working know... Interesting issue I have come across though. Don't hit the Wifi button that's closes to the screen other wifi doesn't work and I can't get it to turn back on sigh...
