I tried to create usb boot for EL Capitan 11.10.6 several times but it did not success. I always get the msg "Selected Mac OS Installer is Incomplete" even when i deleted the old installer and downloaded the new one from MAS as suggestion. Is there anyone else here got the same issue?

Just for update. Yesterday, i tried to fresh install EL Capitan 10.11.2 on my NUC5i5 RYH. Some hardware built-in does not work except bluetooth. I enabled bluetooth in BIOS then it's working correctly. I can pair Magic mouse, also Apple keyboard. Thank you for the Guide
