Well... I'm working using a B85M-HDS (not series 9) motherboard, and the default config.plist... It works without changing anything, is just that I don't know why it works with the default config.plist, but it doesn't work with the specific hd4600 config.plist...
I was wrong. Using 0x0d230003 gives me the same results that using 0D230003. However, I can't get my gpu working using hd4600 desktop config.plist. I get results only using default config.plist. Am I losing performance by using default config.plist?
I think the provided config.plist for hd4600 is broken. Ig-platform-id value appears as 0D220003, when (I think) it should be 0x0d220003. Without changing this, I was unable to get my gpu working. Correct me if I am wrong.
EDIT: New installation. Now I'm using the default config.plist +...
I think I have a backup... I'll restore it, and then I'll post you the new output.
EDIT: This is the new output...

Nothing has changed, isn't it?
P.D.: I'll reinstall OS X, install...
Project status:
Sound: Working! (VoodooHDA 2.8.4).
Network: Working!
WiFi: Working! (BearExtender...)
Battery meter: Working! (more or less, VoodooBattery *sigh*)
Pretty much everything is working now. I used your kernel patches, and I removed the NVDA* and GeForce* kexts...
Thanks a lot for all your help, but I think I'll keep using linux in my laptop. Sorry for being so inconstant .
PD: I'll notice you if I find something new. For example, I think the graphical bugs post-login screen were caused due a wrong color profile assigned by the os. Changing the...
Ok. By patching the kernel, I've managed to install the OS. But now, I have plenty of bugs. The most annoying are strange glitches in the login screen and in the upper bar (in the left upper corner), and the laggy mouse also during the login screen. What can I do to solve this bugs?
PD: Is...
I tried. But even removing these kexts, I am not able to reach the installer (the screen turns white and then it reboots). Same results keeping the Nvidia kexts and with/without the patched kernel.
I have updated my signature. I haven't been able to locate the chipset. In CPU-Z, it only appears as Intel Haswell Rev. 06. I have a synaptics touchpad.
P.D.: Using RehabMan patch with unibeast 4.0, I can't even get to the installer.
Hi. I have been trying to get mavericks working on my laptop for a while, but I can only install the system by patching the kernel (as RehabMan said) and when I manage to install it, it has really weird graphic bugs (like distorted colors on the upper menu bar), the mouse works really slow at...
