As I said in post #1 I have the same problem in Windows too; bluetooth seems to be detected but is not working but Wi-Fi isn't detected at all. Is there anyway to know if I have it disabled in BIOS? Just to make sure that it's not the card that is defective before I return it. Thanks!

Yea I edited a few things attempting to make the card work but I had no luck; I reverted it to the original. Yea I switched the the cards and had my old NIC in my laptop while creating those files. Sorry! I recreated the files while the BCM94352HMB card is in the laptop.
