Ventura 13.6.3 on Haswell i5-4690 GA H97-D3H - OC 0.8.5 & OCLP 1.3.0

Look at the Apple support URL for a clue.
Here is the clue : A prohibitory symbol, which looks like a circle with a line or slash through it, means that your startup disk contains a Mac operating system, but it's not a version or build of macOS that your Mac can use.

Is it possible for me to install Ventura on my specification?

Yes.

The Apple response indicates that the system definition in your config.plist is incompatible with the version of macOS that you are attempting to install.

I agree with you. But i don't understand why and what should i do for now. I can't find the answer on forum and internet. Maybe you can guide me sir.

It's not rocket science.
Your chosen system definition must be supported by your chosen operating system.
Change your system definition to one that is supported by your chosen operating system.
Alternatively change your operating system to one that supports your chosen system definition.

Update from 13.4 straight to Ventura 13.6

Hi
Can you explain your usb set up. I looked at your kexts and saw both USB port kext and USBInjectAll kext. The config only points to the injectall kext and the kernal quirk shows 'true'.
USBInjectAll.kext and enabling XhciPortLimit in config.plist is for the actual port discovery

then you export the USBPorts.kext via hackintool and just use that, (disabling the above)

Yes. I have my own USB kexts going back to when Rehabman was our guide. I’ve noticed recently though that some are preferring the SSDT solution so I wondered what was going on here. I’m sure your rationale is correct, especially as there is no relevant SSDT in ACPI. Still, I tidy up when I’m done so there is only one usb kext left, either way.
