How to enable HD4600 in Ventura for the Dell Optiplex 7020/9020

I posted a new Sonoma mini guide for these Dell Optiplex models. Use only 14.3 as the .4 version will prove to be problematic. Will probably require an OCLP update that isn't available yet.

Hi I have a question on your dell do you get only 1 res in 4k???
What refresh rate???
On my hp 800 g1 ! only get one 4k res but if I use more that 25hz my screen goes black and I have to delete all preferences to boot up again otherwise I get a black screen no input on hdmi
this is on Ventura though
