Here's the full specs. You can see how much prices have dropped since last October.
The 2TB model retailed for over $280 ! The extra $20 on 1 and 2TB models is for the heat sink version.
Spending $50 more for the extra 1TB makes sense. The drive should last longer, way beyond the
five year WD warranty.

Can prices go any lower for quality name brand NVMe drives ? Hard to say, but I don't think much lower than this.
