Hi everyone,

Sorry for my english!

I have been using hackintosh for some time, since Snow Leopard.

Lately i have using Monterey with no issues, but now i updated my OpenCore and the upgrade to Ventura shows up.

But i can't figured out how have UHD 630 on-board working and the GTX 680 ( 7 mb only show) works without graphics acceleration.
I have tried for some days and tested so many things, but I can get video without gtx 680 after vesa boot mode.
Or boot get stuck or show something at looping, or i get a black screen.

If anyone can help i will be so much grateful.

support has been dropped for your nvidia card

if you want to stick with Ventura, then best to remove your nvidia card

Yeah,

I tried remove it, but don't have any luck with.

On the assumption that you have removed the GTX 680.

You need to change the Graphics settings in the Bios so the IGPU is priority graphics.

Then change the IGPU framebuffer in the OC config.plist so the IGPU can drive a display.
  • 07009B3E is the recommended framebuffer for a Coffee Lake IGPU driving a display.
  • You would/should have been using a Headless/Empty framebuffer while the discrete GPU was driving the display.
  • You may need to include the following framebuffer patches to the Device Properties section of your config.plist.
    • framebuffer-patch-enable > Data > 01000000 (enables WhateverGreen.Kext patching)
    • framebuffer-stolenmem > Data > 00003001 (sets the min stolen memory to 19MB)
Second assumption, is as you have been using a Hackintosh for such along time you will know how to make these changes.
