First, shutdown. Remove your GTX 1060, it won't work with Mojave through Monterey. You'll have to use UHD630 integrated graphics. Also I would suggest that you start with a Catalina install first and then upgrade it later on.

If you really have zero experience and haven't done any research, it would be best to use Unibeast and Multibeast with Catalina. That way you can at least get an install going and see what this process is like.

BIOS Settings:

These are the recommended Gigabyte Z370 motherboard settings. Best to make these changes before anything else.

Save & Exit >Load Optimized Defaults
BIOS > FastBoot: Disabled
BIOS > LAN PXE Boot Option ROM: Disabled
BIOS > Storage Boot Option Control: UEFI
Peripherals > TrustedComputing > Security Device Support:Disable
Peripherals > Network Stack Configuration > Network Stack:Disabled
Peripherals > USB Configuration > Legacy USB Support: Auto
Peripherals > USB Configuration > XHCI Hand-off: Enabled
Chipset > Vt-d: Disabled
Chipset > Wake on LAN Enable: Disabled
Chipset > IOAPIC 24-119 Entries: Enabled
Peripherals > Initial Display Output: iGPU
Chipset > Integrated Graphics: Enabled

It's best to learn how to make the EFI your self so that you know what to do when problems come up later on.

Yes it will create problems. You need to have your BIOS set up to use integrated graphics initially.
