UHD 630, Type-C DisplayPort Detection Issue

My HP Pavillion 15-cb008nt has one HDMI port which is connected to GTX 1050 but it also has a TypeC DP1.2 supported port connected to HD 630 (Tested on windows).

I mapped all my usb ports and changed all my connector types to DP with whatevergreen, but even though there's no response when I plug the display in, only a device called "USB 2.0 BILLBOARD DEVICE" gets added to HS06 TypeC port.

try closing the lid and reopening lid with HDMI attatched.. post EFI
 
Closing the lid just causes system to sleep, prevented it with a software but no luck.

my hp notebook will sleep if I close the lid if its on battery power when on DC it doesn't just a thought.
 
My laptop has 2 ports one HDMI and one TypeC with DP, but since HDMI is connected to eGPU, HD 630 has only one external display out. Weg github says HD 630 aka 591B has 3 connectors, so if con0 is my internal display, how should I try other ports? Do I have to disable con1 and try with con2 wise versa or doesn't it affect at all?

Another question is with 0x591B (KabyLake 630 framebuffer) I get color banding so I use skylake spoofed framebuffer which is 0x1619, which connector list I should obey from weg's github?

use 59160000. still post your EFI so can have a look
 
tried 591C0005, screen blinks when I plug it in but no activity on monitor (tried all busIDs)
also tried 59160000 no activity at all, I haven't tried all busIDs for this one though
