[HELP] Update from Mojave to Catalina or Big Sur to use latest Final Cut Pro

I build a High Sierra Mac with spec: i7 32Gb RX580 for using Final Cut. Since Apple required Mac OS Mojave to use Final Cut 10.4.6 then I updated my Hackintosh to Mojave and it works flawlessly. Now apple just updated Final Cut to 10.5 and required Mac Catalina or higher. But I haven't work around with Hackintosh for a while and almost forgot everything. Now, I want to update to Big Sur. So I need some advice and recommendation or the easiest guide to update. Thank all you guys. P/S English is not my native language.

Mojave can use Clover but Catalina or Big Sur you should use OpenCore. Maybe need time to learn for building good Installer.
Anyway I'm stay at Mojave and Final Cut Pro 10.4.10 and works smooth with 3rd program as Factory. No need to upgrade new version and if you have time, let try.
