WIFI does not work on first boot after certain time period and only works after 2 times reboot

Hi guys,
I have Catalina installed and have wifi working properly under certain conditions.
If I shut down computer for long time, e.g. one day, then at first boot, the WIFI does not work. It is in the status of OFF. WIFI only starts to work after 2 times reboot. What can be the reason? Thanks in advance

Laptop model, chipset, wifi chip, OS Version or build number.

Thanks for the reply. The Laptop is Aliewnare 15R1, CPU i7 4720HQ, OS is catalina, wifi chip is bcm94352z. Sometimes I can see the wifi is on initially on the Login screen, but turn off quickly. Any ideas or help is appreciated.

Besides this, the WIFI occasionally lost connect and reconnect. What could be the reason?
