The everything works Asus Z390-I Gaming * i7-8700K * SAPPHIRE NITRO+ Radeon RX Vega 64 Build

Mine is version 0VW3T3 (sorry, I wrote 7 instead of T) and should work without problems. Hardware is identified as 0a5c_6412.
BT now seems to work fine.. it very unreliable.

Today I'd like to try to change NVRAM drivers.
Now I'm using AptioMemoryFix3 driver + HibernationFixup kext - I want to test with OcQuirks and FwRuntimeServices drivers.
You tried adding that bit to the config.plist too?

Yes, I tried it but I found that it was useless, just for cosmetic.
It looks like the firmware is injected but only sometimes allows pairing/connections.. don't know why

It didn't work for you is what you are saying, no change. Bluetooth is one of the main issue posted about in this forum but most chose the DW1560. You are the first to behave the problematic 1820. Hope you sort it out.

I finally got all the necessary materials and installed the BCM943602CS module in the ASUS ROG STRIX Z390-I Gaminng motherboard. I am using the Ncase M1 v6 chassis.

I had to change the antenna connectors to others. I bought them separately.

As a result, I had the length of the riser and the length of the antennas with a margin to realize my idea. There is a small hole in the metal casing of the motherboard cover, into which all the connectors easily fit into without any effort.

I definitely need to buy 3M adhesive tape because now my adapter does not hold well (I used double-sided paper tape as a temporary solution).

I did not find any loss in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth speeds. Extension m.2 works fine, as well as new connectors for antennas. It has red and blue indicators, but they can be sealed with metal tape.

I ran into a problem.

After installing the Wi-Fi / Bluetooth extension cable for BCM943602CS, my sleep stopped working.

My computer goes to sleep and after 1 second it exits. Such a problem in macOS and Windows 10. The Windows 10 operating system writes in the error log that the Bluetooth module does not support power saving mode (Power-Troubleshooter).

I believe that the fault is caused by the two red and blue LEDs that always light up even when my computer is completely turned off.

User @telenkov88, do you have trouble sleeping? Do you have an LED on the extension cord?

Nice photos documenting the install. One comment on your build, that is one Big CPU cooler for such a small mother board, ever think about liquid cooling?

I used to use NZXT's Kracken X52, but it rattled unpleasantly, and this cooler works quietly. In the future, perhaps I will buy another water cooling system. My processor can work without throttling at a frequency of 4.7 GHz constantly at a temperature of no higher than 90 degrees.

All good, I've got tempered glass panels so aesthetics, or lack of them, are more important to me. With your case its more difficult to see the internals so not really much of an issue for you I'm guessing. By the way I followed your posts on the 5700XT series cards to get mine set up and running first boot. Wanted to say thank you for that!

So does sleep work if you connect the BCM without the extension cable? (Yes, you need to remove the cooling block.)

Sound and vision. First of all - a big thanks for your fantastic guide. I've been running on hack for a about 7 or 8 years, and got everything screwed up when trying to update to Catalina. After some time spent on rescuing data, I decided to start from scratch. I found your guide, and followed it strictly. After installing Mojave, I found out that my sound devices were missing (AppleALC and Lilu, correct versions and places). After some fiddling I changed the value in Clover Configurator>devices>Audio inject from 1 to 7, and voila - everything fine.
Another hint, if somebody are having trouble with the screen resolution in clover, try so set the resolution (under GUI) to 1024x768. It works for me.
Once again. Thanks for the manual. Oh - by the way, what's the difference between the EFI folders for Mojave and Catalina.
