Cpu always running turbo mode on High Sierra 10.13.2

Hi Everyone =)

First of all I would like to hug all members on this site, thank you so much for all information.

This is my first experience with hackintosh, I followed several guide and all well done! all parts is working on High Sierra 10.12.3.

I also would like to prepare a practical guide for the same system users but first need to fix the last small problem.

my cpu always working max frequency, I already checked with several apps (intel power gadget, istat, hwmonitor)


I tried bios update and default settings but didn't work.

I tried ssdt patching but didn't work,

Please help me
