Where are Stickies (in forums)?

I'm new to Hackintoshes and apparently pretty new at getting help through forum posts. Can somebody point me directly to the stickes I'm being referred to? Even hyperlinks that tell people to read stickies aren't helpful. Maybe I just don't know where to look or understand what they are.

Open the relevant forum and look at the top threads - they are sticky so that they stay at the top of the list.
They are marked with a pin icon.
