No hdmi audio for Kaby lake hd630 rx480

In High Sierra after a week of searching and trying different options I was finally able to get sound to work through my 3.5mm jack for my speakers with alc892 but I can’t get hdmi sound to work. The https://github.com/RehabMan/OS-X-Fake-PCI-ID worked for the 3.5mm jack but not my hdmi. It does show hdmi in the sound output section but does not work. Any idea what I need to do?
