Remove NullCPUPowerManagement.kext from /EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other/
Your config.plist is ridiculous, try this one :

That will be a long time if you don't post anything meaningful.

Maybe your motherboard lacks native NVRAM support and you need to install EmuVariableUefi-64 and RC scripts :

0MB VRAM means you have Inject/Nvidia/True when it should be false.
The config.plist that you uploaded does not have Inject/Nvidia/True and neither does the one that I uploaded.
It looks like you are not booting with the config.plist that you think you are.
Make sure that you have not left a USB installer in a Usb port.
Does the config.plist that I uploaded boot in normal or verbose mode ?

when i install sierra on my pc, im following this thread https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...using-an-msi-z97-gaming-5-motherboard.201632/

no usb was connected to my pc.

yes, config.plist that you give in verbose mode.

How is it connected to the monitor ?
Are you still booting with nv_disable=1 ?
i connect the monitor to DVI using dvi-vga converter, because my monitor is still using vga.

yes, if i dont use nv_disable=1 my pc always rebooting.

Apple do not use VGA so there is no support for it in the operating system.

nv_disable=1 disables the Nvidia graphics drivers - They cannot work if you disable them.
