problem fan e voltage dimm

My pc:
1) ga x150 plus ws gigabyte
2) vga asus gtx 750 ti
3) ram ddr4 corsair vengeance lpx16 gb (4x4) 2133 13 15 15 28
4) cpu xeon E3 1230 v5
5) hard disk primary western digital fast 300 gb; 2 hd of 1 western digital caviar r3 (non raid), separated.
6) modular power supply corsair hx 750 watt
7) cache Haf 932

I have a professional program that uses the mac service called techtool pro 9, I did the sensor test and said this: "failed voltage test, Dimm 1.5 5V - 1.21 failed"
Fan test failed I have 3 fans + that CPU does not detect it. "The 3 fan fans failed, yet they turn." what I do? Can you help me step by step? To whom I should turn? This is a assembled pc as you have noticed.

I'm not sure what you're asking for. You have a diagnostic utility telling you there's a problem with your hardware. I don't see how this forum can help; I'd say you need to get the problematic components replaced under warranty (assuming they're still under warranty).

I WAS WRITTEN ON THIS FORUM FOR THIS REASON:
I AM NOT A HARDWARE TECHNICAL, I HAVE ACQUIRED AN TOOL WHICH CALL TO TECH TOOL PRO 9 FOR WHICH IT MAKES FAILED TEST.
1) I TAKEN THE TEST WHICH IS NOTED:
TEST SENSORS;
SENSITIVE TEST CONFIGURATION /
CONTROL SENSORS INTERNAL RESULTS
TEST RESULT : "failed voltage test, Dimm 1.5 5V - 1.21 failed"

2) TEST NAME =.
VENTILATION TEST
TESTING INTERNAL FANS /
VENTILATION TEST CONFIGURATION
ALL FAILED AND 3 FANS.

I WOULD ASK FOR YOUR EXPERIENCE, THE PROBLEM IS THE MOTHER CARD OR BIOS SETTING?

Do not use all capitals, it is considered to be shouting.

The problem is most likely that there is no problem at all.
The software is written for a Mac not a PC running an Apple operating system.
