some one have experience with lenovo y520 ....i installed sierra but can't get hd 630 inject

my device id is 0x591b

i'm searching for an Laptop with Multicore CPU Power and found the Y520 and this thread.

Did you managed to get the Graphiccard working?
And do you have some other Problems with this Laptop and Mac or does it run smoothly?

So, I didn't understand if I could install mac os on my Y520 laptop? If yes how to fix hd630 issue? And whether there are any other problems or not?
