Handoff is known to be unreliable with certain bluetooth controllers even on Yosemite.

im not using USBInjectALL.kext as its for 10.11,no?

It is for 10.11+. No facility to custom configure USB on 10.10. As much as people complain about 10.11/10.12 USB, it is a fair bit more customizable and predictable.
 
How do you make the bluetooth works on 10.12?
I have DW1820A that wifi works well but bluetooth failed.

Just follow that thread and you will have Bluetooth working
Is your usb ok? Or working like mine?
