I have been working on this for what feels like weeks..and have tried every option I can find on google. I can boot from the installer USB for Sierra, but I can not boot without the USB. It sticks everytime on this:

IOConsoleUsers: gIOScreenLockState 3, hs 0, bs 0, now 0, sm 0x0

That lines seems odd because it seems the BS is way above 0... :|

Any ideas at all? Running a z68A-d3h-b3 f13 motherboard with intel chip, and nvidia gtx570 video card..

Thanks

@lukethevideoguy, please update your profile (personal details) with your build (Motherboard, CPU and Graphics Card).
The Rules said:
Profiles need to contain at least your primary system to assist others with helping you.

Copy the EFI folder of your usb installer drive to the desktop, now mount the EFI partition of your hard drive, find and delete the EFI folder that is currently on the hard drive and replace it with the one you copied from the usb drive.

@BreBo, I'm afraid I'm having the same issue as @lukethevideoguy - unless the USB drive is inserted, I get stuck at the IOConsoleUsers line - and I also can't seem to find a meaningful EFI folder on the USB drive. It must be there somewhere, obviously, but I'm an idiot. Help me find it?

Here's a screenshot showing the USB drive in Finder and in Disk Utility - and showing that the "EFI-Backups" folder is empty. Where can I find the USB EFI?

Thanks!

you can use clover configurator to mount your efi partition

you can use clover configurator to mount your efi partition
So restart and enable that at the boot menu? Then use multibeast to mount the faulty local EFI and replace that one?

[Edit: No, idiot. Download clover configurator, like the nice man said.]

Hot damn! Worked like a charm! I still have to fix my (substantial) video problems, but at least I can boot properly now!
Many thanks @feartech and @BreBro.

And you go to hell, IOConsoleUsers. I hope I never see you again.
Glad you got it sorted, good luck with your graphics :)
