Patch ML Installer to Allow Master Boot Record Partition

I'm trying to install ML everything went swell so far, Unibeast, USB, everything. What is the general method to patching the installer to allow it to let me use Master Boot Record as a partition scheme? I'm not talking about formatting the USB, I'm talking about formatting the hard drive I'm hoping to install Mountain Lion on. Thanks
