hey can someone help me plz? i used rfl156's advice to get multibeast to install. but first heres some background information...

my build is
ga-z68x-ud3h-b3 (UEFI BIOS)
sandy bridge i7 2600k
gtx 670

after updating to UEFI multibeast failed

http://www.tonymacx86.com/mountain-...success-guide-gigabyte-z68x-ud3h-b3-eufi.html

im following this guide, except im selecting the following options that this user has not; fake smc, fakesmc plugins, chimera bootloader, legacy usb support, graphicsenabler=0.

i found rfl156's advice in a thread to run these commands to see what is going wrong. here are my results

Stephens-Mac-Pro:~ Lyons$ sudo kextcache -system-caches
Stephens-Mac-Pro:~ Lyons$ sudo kextcache -update-volume /

I deleted the IOUSBAttachedSCSI kext and then followed your directions to rename the CSRHIDTransitionDriver kext

"That kext is located at:

/System/Library/Extensions/IOBluetoothFamily.kext/Contents/PlugIns/CSRHIDTransitionDriver.kext

If you do not use Bluetooth, particularly if you do not use a USB bluetooth, you can safely delete that kext and it won't affect you one bit but it will solve the Multibeast problem. Rather than delete it, just rename it so it won't be considered as a kext. Open Terminal located in the Applications/Utilities folder.

Code:
Type: cd /System/Library/Extensions
Type: cd IOBluetoothFamily.kext/Contents/PlugIns
Type: sudo mv CSRHIDTransitionDriver.kext CSRHIDTransitionDriver.kext.bak
(give your password - the cursor will not move - there will be no feedback - just type the password and <Enter>)

Type: cd /System/Library
Type: sudo touch Extensions"

I finished doing all this and multibeast installed successfully. directly after it installed my screen went a shade of gray and said i need to restart. then i rebooted loading directly from my ssd osx boot drive with chimera loaded on it. i got the apple logo followed by the gray screen saying i need to restart my computer. any ideas on what im doing wrong? i know i have to be close.

someone help plz

Thats a powermanagement issue. Install nullcpupowermanagement for now and you will be able to boot.
Once you boot in, use the patched AICPM.kext available in multibeast.

do i install it by booting from the usb? and then install multibeast again with just the AICPM kext? or what? sorry im new to the hackintosh scene.
