Gtx 550 ti fix

I am running Mountain lion and i manage to fix the 550 ti problem.
Guys use this fix,after this you will get fully working graphics and resolution.
Instal with kextbeast reboot and see the change

Where/what are these kext from and does it fix the monitor sleep/screensaver issue

Many thanks - I've installed this and it's working great now! I get a scrambled screen around the login box when waking from sleep / screen saver - but it works and doesn't freeze anymore!!!

Only thing not working now is screen resolution changes...

The kext won't work at all because the Machines NODE is missing in the plist file of the kext...

Try to select iMac 12.1 or 12.2 from multi beast and see what happen ,first i was using mac pro 3.1 and i did switch to imac 12.1 and everything is fine
Also use GraphicsEnabler=yes at the boot screen

I am going to try this kext tonight. I renamed my AGPM kext for now. Do I need to re-enable it to work with this kext?

I have a couple of other graphics cards such as the GT 9500 that will not wake at all just a black screen. Do you think a fix like this one could fix the wake issue with that card as well?

I guess it comes down to what script modifications need to be made in a legacy kext such as this one to get other graphics cards with similar problems to work. This is obvioulsy a fix specific to the 550ti correct?

Is there a tutorial on how to get other cards to work with this legacy kext?

Does it do something along the lines of this correspondence? These people seem to also have had some success.

Is it supposed to enable graphics acceleration, or just allow the system to work? I installed it on a functional system hoping to get on some Portal 2, which sadly didn't come to pass; the game crashed as soon as I tried to start a level. Ended up deleting it, as I suspected it might have had something to do with the intermittent KPs I've been seeing. Is just deleting the kext from S/L/E and repairing permissions sufficient?
