[SUCCESS] 10.8.2 on Asus P7P55D-E / i5-760 / ATI 5570

Hello!!

My configuration:

Asus P7P55D-E (BIOS 1504)
Intel Core i5-760 2.8 Ghz
8GB Corsair XMS 1333 Mhz
Sapphire Radeon HD 5570 2GB DDR3
Maxtor HardDrive 160 Gb

Exsys Pci-firewire card EX-6450, TI chipset (works OOTB in ML 10.8.2)

M-audio keystudio 49i
Presonus firestudio project
Apogee DUET firewire


Stuff that works: everything (also 5.1 Surround)
Stuff that doesn't work: on-board IEEE 1394 (VIA chipset)


- I created a bootable USB stick using a macbook pro 13" and following the guide of this site

- After preparing the USB stick with Unibeast, I have simply re-started my hackintosh and booted from the USB without any command (my bios was just settings on AHCI sata mode and HPET 64-bit enabled)

- I formatted the hard drive using Disk Utility and proceded with Mountain Lion installation.

- After installing Mountain Lion, I re-booted from USB stick then I selected the hard-drive to finish the Mountain Lion configuration

- I run the "Mountain Lion 10.8.2 combo Update" (at the end of installation, don't reboot)

- I run Multibeast 5.2.1 with this configuration:

- I installed VoodooSeb235 to get audio working

- Reboot


Reboot was fine without kernel panic and now system works like a charm, it sleeps and wakes without DSDT.
My Geekbench score (64 bits) is around 7850 points, the same obtained in lion and in snow leopard.

My external usb/firewire soundcards work without any problem.

I use p7p55d( not p7p55d-e ), HD5870, i5 560? And 8G ram.
Before trying like this post, My system was bootable but caused iCloud connection problem.
But Now, I have no problem!

Unfortunately my home I have some concern for stability, I managed to install Os Mountain Lion smooth as my OS X Lion current unibeast with 1.5 everything went without a care. As with everything in MultiBeast very well, install the kext without a problem and icloud works well too.

Insatllation with unibeast - success
MultiBeast - success
VoodooSeb235 - success
RealtekRTL81xx - success

The problem is that I can neither open nor agenda nor FaceTime appstore and yet another application ...
and time the computer is frozen on the color wheel that spins, have to put it out manually. I am currently on OS X Lion and everything works perfectly

Did you install chameleon wizard to generate a valid serial number for your hackintosh?

I have an ASUS P7P55D-E Pro with an i5 760 and Corsair XMS3 1333MHz 4GB and a 560Ti, I have installed ML without a problem

The problem is the boot times are terrible compared to Lion (is anybody having the same issue) and is there any way to make the bootloader have my screens native resolution(1920x1080) ??

With chameleon wizard you can decide the bootloader's resolution.

My ML boot times is the same for Lion.

I did set it multiple times before but they stay within the 1280x1024 frame, any help with that ?

No I just installed the latest chimera 1.11 and champlist to generate a valid sérial. I know Chameleon wizard he must also install it?

Here's how I do it :

- Mountain lion Unibeast install 1.5 on USB Key, once finished I run MultiBeast to inject "64-bit Apple Sreen boot" in the USB stick! I do not know if this is the right method but if I do not do it, I get a black screen at the beginning of the installation with unibeast?
Here is my usb key is ready
- I run the installation with unibeast which is going very well until you restart the computer. After reboot I boot with unibeast but again I have the black screen that comes therefore I'm forced to boot another OS to reinject "64-bit Apple Sreen boot" and the other kext with MultiBeast 4.6.1

I check this (to confirm if this is correct ?)




After installing all these kext was from another OS X, the installation of Mountain Lion ends with icloud well recognized, identifying ...
I installed mountain lion several times both with and without DSDT and change anything, always the problem. Face time does not open, calendar does not open, apps store is frozen and other application ...

I will have to put vodooHDA of Seb235 with Kext wizard 100% working

I never used champlist so, I don't know how to help you. With chameleon wizard I never had problems.
