Mac OS X Yosemite(10.10.1) not booting: pxsx cannot assert wake from D3cold
I had the same problem after upgrading to Yosemite. Resetting kext cache solved the problem. By doing following: rm -R /Extra/Extensions.mkext. rm -R /System/Library/Caches/com.apple.kext.caches- zjfroot
