Think that there was some confusion in my post. I can't put the stuff requiring Mac right now because after sleep mode it becomes completely unbeatable and corrupt. I can provide all the info that I can, but anything requiring Mac is not possible at the minute.

So I talked to the maker of that kext and he told me that basically it was a hardware issue and that it was user error. he told me to use the kext and linked it to me, then said that it was probably something in the bios.
