I had kernel panic after booting and solved by injecting custom ssdt for usb. If you have the same problem, just give that a shot.

rx590 got the same issue just now when upgrade to 10.14.3. Stuck at apple logo but the process bar is finished. Could boot normally using a USB bootloader but still stuck if using local bootloader. The USB and local one use the same bootloader file....
