I did not use the HP Probook Installer. Just ran Clover. I think I am going to do it by the book all over again using your guide and will get back to you.

I just have dsdt.aml, ssdt-4.aml and ssdt-6.aml in the patched folder. I did deviate a little bit from your guide in that I copied these files manually from the build folder to the CLOVER/ACPI/PATCHED folder. How do I set -gux_defer_usb2 set?

OK - have an issue with power mgmt I think. When I close the lid, it puts the laptop to sleep but I cant wake it. If I reboot (hard), OS X is very slow loading and working. Another reboot fixes it. Also should the config.plist have Generate PStates and CStates checked for SSDT since we have the...

Got the sound working too. Working great. Just wish we could swap the wifi card with another instead of using the usb dongle. I am using Edimax too.

OK - never done this before. I was looking at adding the patched aml files in the Clover/acpi/patched folder of the usb drive also. I am trying to install using uefi only. Am I doing something wrong?

Have run into another snag. I disassembled the files successfully. I am running "make patch" from the Projects directory. i get an error "No rule to make target patch". Stop. I am guessing I dont have the file structure correct but cant figure out what. Thanks
