Unfortunately, that did not work either. I got a little further, but it would restart around the 10 minutes left mark. Could it be my SSD drive is the issue? Also, just checking. I have my RX 580 in the center slot. I'm not sure if that is slot1 or slot2. Would that cause any problems? UPDATE...

@CaseySJ I have uploaded the config.plist you attached and now instead of the computer restarting over and over, it gets stuck at the 15 minute mark on phase 2 when installing Mojave on the SSD. Am I missing any drivers? Or kexts? Thanks!

Ok i got it. Thanks I will try it again with these changes. If it doesnt work i will also try the config.plist you attached @CaseySJ So far it has not worked. And weirdly everytime i set the CSM support to disabled in BIOS it causes the HDMI to shut off. Can't see my monitor. Is that normal...

@CaseySJ Sorry, I didn't think you could see video very well. So I took some pics. This is what I see right before it gives me the 13 minute countdown- I went through 4 times this morning, and it shuts down at 12 minutes.

Yes, I chose the Boot install from Mojave SSD. I'm trying to get there now, but it keeps restarted. Can't take video of errors.

Hey @CaseySJ, sorry to both the thread. But i'm really having trouble in phase 2 on my Mojave install. It continues to restart over and over. I've never made it to the welcome screen on the SSD. Any threads i can look at? I've googled a bunch, but none of the solutions seemed to help me thanks
