Not sure if it has any meaning, but I don't have to restart the OS, just a user logout and is all fixed.

OK, now I'm sure I have an unaltered applehda kext ( I got one from the installation usb drive ). Still no hdmi audio. Anything else I can try? Any hints from the diagnostic files I've uploaded earlier? Thanks!
