So I re-installed El Capitan and then first thing I did was install Clover. I selected same options I used for the USB (bluemac theme, OsxAptioFixDrv-64, etc.)
For some reason when I went to drag and drop HFSPlus.efi into the Clover/drivers64UEFI folder, it was already in there?

I'm a bit confused as to why I can only boot from my USB installer? In system preferences --> startup, I have the HD selected but when I restart it will loop to the clover screen. I can only get into the OS with the USB.
