    I was just coming back to say this that was exactly it!! its working smooth. Unplugging turns it off Till reboot which i partially expected. So like 99.9% done in my eyes!! Sleep doesnt seem to turn it off.

    OH WOW! that was a fast response. I have attached the IO file. I did attach the 5-pin thunderbolt header originally on installation. it also came with a 2pin which i wasnt sure what that was for.
