No Verbose Mode available, when I boot with Verbose, some normal lines of words came out, then all of sudden the machine reboots. All happens within 2 seconds.

Thanks for you answer. I would like a Gigabyte Z68 mobo. To be exact, it is GA-Z68XP-UD3R. Just wanna make sure if Intel Xeon E3-1235 would work on: 1) Gigabyte GA-Z68XP-UD3R 2) OSx86 If not, I would just go back to my old choices: i5-2400 or i7-2600.
