mostly the build is working fine with my current configuration.

- pc not booting when hdmi is plugged in to the vega 64 GPU (it only boots if vga is connected to the motherboard)

Hi, regarding the bluetooth peripheral, I have done as you say and bluetooth works properly now.
According to the previous comment:
The extra two USB2 ports are probably from one of the motherboard headers and should be set with connector type 'Internal' (255)
so this is why I have turned HS07...

thanks to your advices I managed to fix the bluetooth by enabling the 255 internal port which was missing in my setup. I also switched the extra two USB2 ports from the motherboard headers which is in use to 255 internal.
I replaced USBMap.kext in your EFI folder but I couldn't manage to...

- pc not booting when hdmi is plugged in (it only boots with vga)
- bluetooth not working...

these are just some useful notes I took during the process if I have to do it again.
You can use them at your advantage during the installation if you are new to hackintosh ;).

The HDMI black screen a problem that is not totally fixed for me. I have to disconnect and re-connect the cable to get the laptop screen back to work.
It is stable for me. I can use it normally for tasks such as compiling software, browsing, doing graphics. It is a little slower if you need video editing but I think it is globally stable.
