You should be good to go I use the same CPU. Just got the gigabyte z270x ud5 MB. And for the GPU just use the NVIDIA webdriver. I just finished my build last week.

Got everything working @barsqiue his config and kext files. Can´t test ethernet and displayport. Everything else working fine. Thanks man.
